Big Basin is located 9 miles from Boulder Creek on Hwy 236.

Big Basin Bus Service!

Big Basin bus service update: Buses will run starting in mid-April until December on Saturday and Sunday only. You can buy a day pass for $6 or it will be $2 per ride. 

 

In the morning, take Route 35A bus from Metro Center at 8:30 AM.

 

Spend the day in the park and take Route 35 back to Metro Center at 7:48 PM.

 

If you hike Skyline to the Sea, take Route 35A bus from Metro Center at 8:30 AM, hike the trail to Waddell Creek and connect to the Route 40 Davenport/North Coast Beach route bus at 5:15 PM.
