Redwood Rx Classes

Mountain Parks Foundation was inspired by the growing body of research linking time spent in nature with improved health and well-being. Redwood Rx offers a variety of nature-based guided programs in Henry Cowell, Fall Creek, and Big Basin that invite participants to interact with nature in new ways and experience the positive impacts on their health and well-being first-hand.
Redwood Rx is taking a planned pause in 2026 as we expand and evolve the program. We look forward to returning in 2027 with an exciting line-up of classes!
